The house, which was restored in 2014, has spacious rooms and rooms with juniper ceilings, original from Ibizan buildings, as well as thick 1m-wide walls. These constructive characteristics keep the temperature inside the house stable during the different seasons of the year.
Located just 2km from the town of Sant Miquel de Balansat, you can enjoy your privacy in a completely rural environment. Its location and easy access make it possible to walk to the town, as well as to reach the beautiful town of Santa Gertrudis in 5 minutes by car, 20 to the city center and 25 to the Ibiza airport. Both in the town of Sant Miquel and in Santa Gertrudis you can find all the necessary services: supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, doctor, banks, stationery, restaurants, post office etc….
A few km from the area you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the north of Ibiza. These small coves have all the necessary services to enjoy a beautiful and fun day at the beach. On the other hand, in the Puig de MIssa de Sant Miquel, every Thursday during the summer months you can enjoy an exhibition of traditional Ibizan dances and a weekly market with typical products of the area and crafts
